Thank-you, you're ugly.

Don't you just hate it when people meet you after ages and say, "Oh, nice, you have put on weight." WTF?!

Next time I shall say, "Thank-you, wow, your nostrils look smaller today."
Or, "Gee, did you get your stomach stapled? It almost looks flat."
Or, "Do share your secrets in bed, if your husband is screwing you despite your face, I wanna know what you do!"

PS: Uni today; am off.

Seriously!! I wonder if evolution can get rid of this.

Till then, back-answer away to glory! I'm with you!

I had a cousin of mine, who I have not spoken to in over a decade contact me on FB and the first thing she said was "You seemed to have put on weight".

Fuck you too!! :D

and the worst part is that if WE ever say anything like this we'll get an ear reddening retort that WE could never have thought of ourselves.

@ Dewdrop: Power to us nasties! :D

@ Silvara: good on you, avoidance is best in these cases.

@ Abhiroop: "we" means men does it?

@ Mystique: ugh, people with unwanted ideas on what we should be. who asked them?

@nm: i would so agree.

@ Deepti: some even when they meet you the first bloody time. like doctor whoo.

@ Harshal: feel free to use and let me know what happened...

Add this (and I face it a lot): "Oh my, you're the same height as before! Not all that tall, are we?"

Some of them try to say stuff like, "You still have time, you'll grow taller."
High hopes indeed. I haven't lengthened in the last 3 years.

@ Espera: I a 30 and I STILL have people saying -- and thinking it's a bloody funny joke -- "You're still the same size." I smile equally politely, wink and respond, "Your sense of humour still sucks!"
Try it.
